About Me
Sometimes life just feels like a lot. I often work with clients whose minds won’t slow down, where stress keeps building and even small things start to feel overwhelming. Many are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or trying to figure out where they fit. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I’m a therapist based in Southern California, and I work primarily with kids, teens, and young adults. I have extensive experience supporting anxiety, stress, and life transitions, and I understand how intense and confusing these stages can feel, both for individuals and for the families supporting them.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a Southern California native, a Scorpio, and someone who values the simple things, like long walks with my dog and unwinding with reality TV. I believe those everyday moments matter, and I bring that same grounded, real-life perspective into my work.
My goal is to create a space that feels real, comfortable, and judgment-free. I use evidence-based approaches, but I also show up as a real person. You don’t have to have it all figured out, we’ll take it one step at a time!
